I grew up in Burlingame and have lived in the Bay Area all my life. Silicon Valley is made up of so many cities and neighborhoods, each with their own quirks and charm. Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Redwood City, and San Mateo all have multiple Michelin-Recognized, Bib Gourmand, and Starred restaurants between them. Downtown Castro in Mountain View has a renowned strip of authentic global cuisine. Even a small town like Burlingame punches above its weight with some of my favorite spots.
