Run of Show
1: Guests Get Settled
Guests log on and are welcomed by Avital Emcee Host and slide branded with your company’s logo and a reminder list of what to prepare.
2: Introductions & Unboxing (10 mins)
The experience begins! Your Avital Emcee Host will welcome guests and provide an overview of what’s to come. Guests will begin unboxing kit and snacking.
3: Build & Techniques (15 mins)
Build A-Frame Charcuterie Chalet and learn building techniques for edible architecture.
4: Decorations & Conversation (20 mins)
Listen to festive music and chat while adding salami shingles, pretzel windows, and parmesan snow!
5: Chalet Sharing (10 mins)
Participants share completed houses via the style of MTV Cribs House Tours, a Craigslist listing, or Stories of the Home.
6: Eat Your Chalet & Wrap Up (5-10 mins)
Guests will devour their chalets and open the delicious unused snacks (delivered in the kit kit!) before bidding adieu!

Platform
Edible Architecture events are hosted on Zoom or the video conference of your choice. We can host on your Webex, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Amazon Chime and more!

Dietary Restrictions
Our Charcuterie Chalet includes, gluten, dairy and meat. This kit cannot accommodate gluten free or dairy free guests, but vegetarians can just leave the meat aside and not use it for decor.

What Is A Charcuterie Chalet?
The Charcuterie Chalet is a savory gingerbread house made from items found on charcuterie and cheese boards. This viral TikTok trend has appeared year after year and continues to grow in excitement. Each Avital kit makes either an A-Frame or a Chalet and is great for holiday virtual team building or virtual client entertainment.
Charcuterie chalet boxes contain a How-To Building Guide Blueprints, All Tools: 1 Base Cake Boards, 2 Piping Bags, a Salami Pack, 2 Spreadable Cheeses “glue”, 2 Triangle Crispbread Crackers,
a box of Crispbread Crackers for the walls and roof, one box of Flatbread Cracker support beams, Pretzel windows, parmesan snow and dehydrated orange decor.
Addresses must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance to ensure pre-event delivery of your ingredients. Or add rush shipping to reduce to 7 business days in advance (+$20 per delivery).
The Charcuterie Chalet kit can only be shipped to the US and Canada. We can provide a BYO list of items to purchase for your International guests to join.
Yes! We send tracking information/numbers as soon as we receive them from our shipping carriers. Please contact [email protected] with any questions or concerns you may have about tracking for your event, and our team will be happy to help!
That’s okay! Book your event with a deposit for your minimum attendance estimate. Final count due 10 business days prior to event (with your mailing addresses.)
Yes! Standard run time is 45-60 minutes, with flexibility for up to 10 minutes of your own content. If you need additional time, you can add hosted emcee time at $25 per 15 minutes. Alternatively, you may host on your own platform account (we join for 1 hour before/after your content, no extra staff time charges.)
Our Charcuterie Chalet experience is carefully curated to be a cohesive, energetic experience for your guests and works best when you stick to our well-rehearsed timing. We do our best to accommodate requests for condensed experiences, but want to set your expectations and encourage you to let us do what we do best, in 45-60 minutes.
Yes! You are welcome to host on your own account/platform instead of our Avital Zoom if you wish. Our staff is fluent on Google Meet, Zoom, WebEx, and Teams, and must be granted access to Screen Share, Chat, and Mute capabilities. For all other platforms, please inquire about capability and recommendations. Platforms with two-way/group video capabilities are best for this interactive experience.
All event packages include 15 minutes extra prior to your event start time for any sound checks or tech checks you may need with our Emcee.
